Dr. Barry J. Berkowitz

Dr. Berkowitz is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker with Schools for Sale International, Inc. and Berkowitz Business Brokers. His background is in health care and technology working with businesses throughout the U.S. and internationally. His extensive experience includes business management, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and planning and marketing to successfully bring buyers and sellers to the closing table. He holds the prestigious title of Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and is a member of the IBBA and the Business Brokers of Florida.

Dr. Schulz, President of SFSA, has been in the education field for over 20 years consulting with owners of private schools and colleges and non-degree granting institutions throughout the U.S. and abroad. Her doctoral degree is in Education Leadership with a specialty in adult education. Her dissertation, "Program Completion in Proprietary Schools," was among the first that used doctoral research methods in the postsecondary career school industry.
Dr. Schulz works with school owners who want to sell their schools and individuals interested in entering the career school sector. This includes change of ownership requirements, interim staffing, school development, and any area that focuses on school growth. "We have a large client base plus prospects who value our opinions and expertise. We reach over 16,000 career school and college decision makers, regulators, and investors each month through our monthly emailings.
